Terms of Use
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the applycas.com website and of the Applycas apps. Unless stated otherwise, the apps are subject to the relevant store’s standard license agreement (Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Google Play Terms of Service). Terms specific to an app are published on that app’s own page; in case of conflict, the app-specific terms prevail.
Site content
The information on the site is for general information purposes and may change without notice. An app’s features and prices are determined by the information on its store page.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Attempts to disrupt the site, attempts to circumvent security measures, bulk extraction of content by automated tools, and use that places a disproportionate load on the infrastructure are not permitted.
Intellectual property
The Applycas name, logo, site content and apps belong to Oktay Tanrıkulu. They may not be copied, reproduced or published elsewhere without written permission.
Apple, App Store and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. These marks appear on the site for reference only, under their owners’ trademark guidelines.
Apps, purchases and refunds
Our apps are obtained through the App Store and Google Play. In those sales the store is the seller; payment, invoicing and refunds are handled under the store’s own rules and cannot be processed by us. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google. Your statutory withdrawal and refund rights as a consumer are reserved.
Liability
We do not guarantee that the site will run uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Our liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and consumers’ mandatory statutory rights, are reserved; the limitations in this section do not apply in those cases.
External links
The site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. App Store, Google Play). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published on this page and the update date is shown at the top. Changes apply to use of the site after they are published and have no retroactive effect.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, only that provision is affected; the remainder of the terms stays in force.
Language
This text is published in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two, the Turkish text prevails.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are acting as a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Consumers in Türkiye retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
